When most people think of a loft, they think of a dark and dingy place for storage. But with the cost of housing continuously rising maybe it is time to rethink about the way you use a loft?

At four corners properties we have seen many people profit from converting these large areas used for storage into comfortable new living areas. Most loft conversions are usually the size of a small studio apartment adding a comfortable additional living area. Below we will state what benefits you can expect from converting a loft into a new living area.

  1. One advantage of a loft conversion is that all the base structures needed are already in place so only timber strengthening and design would need to be addressed.
