Beaufort Road

This property had a traditional Welsh slate roof, that was stripped back to it's bear rafters and stored to re-use. Welsh slate is very expensive and looks absolutley traditional when taken off and cleaned these slates have been on the roof for nearly hundred years and have many more years of life in them. We only added 15% re-claimed as some where damaged while stripping the roof back. We also built up the chimney stack to give it more character and more draw with a new top cowl. Also fasica's and soffit's where completed to give the roof line a great new look
