Garage Conversion Poole

The lady of this property approached us back in April with the thought of converting her garage space into her new luxury kitchen area, after years of poking around in the small kitchen area she originally had, it has now been time to remake the most out of this new 2004 build & make the best space of luxury living that can be sustained throughout the property. We drew all plans & dealt with planning on her behalf also building regulations.

We are also upgrading the heating system with a new combi boiler, knocking through a wall in the lounge to enhance the space. Also the finished product will have rustic solid oak flooring throughout & karndean in the new kitchen & utility area,, The new kitchen area will have full vaulted ceilings with velux windows installed to create an open luxury spaced feel..
