Loft Conversion Winton

This small unique loft over the kitchen area of this semi detached property was to create an additional room to help this growing young family with the extra space needed. With out the hassle of selling & looking for a new property we advised on what we could do to utilise the space they had at the rear of the property. With the home owners drawing a small sketch to give to local Bournemouth planning they had the green light of having the project under premitted development. So we took to the road with our creative ideas & delivered in 7days this small unique room for there new born.
