Four Corners Properties brought a 4 bedroom semi detached house and converted into two luxury apartments with a two story extension and loft conversion to the upper apartment.

The property had not been touched for 45 years so we went to work with all our own ideas, there was 2 main family bathrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms both kitchens where open plan living space. Also the gardens where split in two. All our works consist of plumbing and electrics

One of the properties has been sold and the other is rented. We dealt with all the planning issues that we had to get round to make this work. The property is to a high speck.
