Shop Conversion Bournemouth

We have been highly recomended to this client from past works that we have carried out around the bournemouth area.. Our new client approched us with the thoughts of converting this destressed shop back into a new luxury 3 bedroom home, this will then rent out to some local family in the area. When we arrived we offered to draw all plans but that had already been arranged.. but we have managed to alter the internal plans a little to give our own touch in places.. The property is under full refurbishment with new central heating systme installed, all new electrical inmstallations will be installed.

Also new stairs will be installed to a new location chimneys taken down steels installed & structural walls knocked through to create an open feel through out.. There are new timber wall being installed & plastered through out.. with new decor,, we started 3 weeks ago & shld be complete well within timing,,, carpets are already being ordered... our team of traders are hard at it once again delivering another great property to the Dorset area..
