Southbourne Corhampton Road Refurbishment

Recommended from previous works this service was to demolish an old chimney from the roof line down to ground zero, we also demolished internal walls to give the customer maximum space, the bathroom walls where also taken out to give extra space for the sizes, the double room only lost 700mm to give the suites a maximum look for a contemporary feel.

This project consisted of one main bathroom a larger en-suite so they could have a shower for guests. Full alterations to the kitchen for open plan living, and all flooring was reclaimed in the dinning area. All our works consist of plumbing and electrics

The customer let Four Corners Properties use our own designs for the bathrooms and kitchen. We will be continuing their garden project some time in 2009.
